Tweak: if allow quotations even if prices are hidden is enabled, only quotation payment method will be showed in checkout, but all other enabled payment methods will be showed in pay order page
Tweak: added a Js controller to reload registration form with specific fields when "Default group" option is set on "Allow to choose"
Tweak: Applied an improvement to block billing address fields from being edited (if "Blocked billing address" option is enabled) in case of hooked JS events...
