- Admin can easily generate forms with questions for PerfexCRM clients via this module. Share them or direct link to get feedback. Install by downloading zip, uploading to Setup-Modules screen. Demo available at Demo; admin & client login details provided.
Note Please note that this is not a standalone script, it requires PerfexCRM installed, as this is just a module for PerfexCRM.
Admin can generate a Form with Questions, which he can share with customers, or even share it on url to get the feedback.
Download the purchase zip folder then browse to Setup-Modules in Perfexcrm installation and upload the zip folder using modules screen.

After logged in you will find the Feedback Menu in Module is found under UTILITIES after installation in Adminpanel, and top navigation in Client dashboard.
