This add-on is designed for admins to search and view all conversations.
Features:
- Search by keywords.
- Search by title or message.
- Search by username.
- Display latest conversations.
- Delete conversations.
- View and download attachments.
- All phrases start with conversationsearchplus_ for your convenience.
- Download Andy-ConversationSearchPlus-1.6.zip and unzip it.
- Copy the src/addons/Andy/ConversationSearchPlus directory to your server.
- From the Admin Control Panel Install the add-on.
Typically you will set the Administrative user group to Yes.
How to use:
- Click visitor tab.
- Click 'Show all...' link.
- Click Conversation search plus link.
Q: How can I view the latest conversations?
A: To view the latest conversations, leave all the search fields empty and click the Submit button
