* Dev - Bump WooCommerce minimum supported version to 10.4.
* Dev - Bump WordPress "tested up to" version 7.0.
* Dev - Bump Wordpress minimum supported version to 6.8.
* Dev - Replace deprecated `wc_enqueue_js` with `wp_add_inline_script`.
* Dev - Bump the `plugin-check-action` GitHub Action version to v1.1.5 to fix the runner path failure.
