How to post resources I bought when they already exist?

I am a bit confused on how to post resources (themes, plugins) I have bought so others can get the latest update or someone null it. Can someone help me? Do I add them in my profile as resources or i have to actually post them in the existing resource?

ex. I have bought VikBooking cause I couldn't find the latest version.
