I don't have 10$ credit in my account.
I have 11 resources in my account and always provided proof of own purchase but never received credit of own purchase verification.

By default, submitting proof of purchase after publishing resoruce is valid.
Because sometimes multiple people was purchased same resource! ,and now you get it
