[Berg] External download URLs 1.0.1 Alpha

This addon gives you the ability to add more than one external download url to xfrm!
When adding links you can use Drag-and-drop

What has been implemented?

Limit the use of external URLs at the group level. You can regulate which group can use how many external URLs.
Outputs multiple external URLs via a modal window. Same principle as with files.
When adding external URLs, added ability to specify Title and Description to each URL.
When adding external URLs, if you don't fill in the Title and Description, the URL title will default to the sequence number. The text is crammed in phrases.
The title is attached to the URL title. Title and Description are filled in as desired.
Foolproofing is taken into account, if no URL is added and the Title or Description is filled in, this field will be removed when saving.
