Forms Gravity Add-on pour Trello 2.2.1

- Updated the add-on to show which workspace the user is connected to.
- Updated the add-on to send the gf-download file URL to Trello.
- Fixed an issue where some URLs are not attached when the file is stored outside the default form/year/month folders.
