* Fix - Correct order total when recalculating tax in the admin for orders using Duplicate Cart; per-package tax is now accumulated instead of overwritten.
* Fix - Validate shipping dates on the server for both classic and block checkout; reject past, excluded, or invalid dates.
* Fix - Declare the block cart and checkout script dependencies so the address selection block and duplicate cart button cannot load before the scripts they rely on.
* Tweak - React 19 Compatibility.
