I have purchased a licence for
Amasty Reward Points for Magento 2. You will see that the licence is purchased on my account. I am unable to download this. Every time I try to download I get an error saying I need to purchase credits. Why do I need to purchase credits when I have purchased the licence through your website.
Please can you fix this so that I can download what i have purchased.
