German translation (Sie) for Xenforo 2.2.12

This is a german translation (deutsch "SIE") for XenForo.
The phrases for "terms and privacy policies" should be changed to match your requirements to your own board.

To use this file, go to:
ACP -> Appearance -> Languages ( [...]/admin.php?languages/ ) and

• add a new language, when you still don't have an existing german language, or
• import this file to an existing, german language
