In most cases, there is a problem with your directory permissions and unable to write to the file ,you need config bootstrap and storage folder with chmod 777.@newimage master have a look. Script going to install page again after successful installation.

you need to install first .make sure have right .env file and handmade create .app_installed file to storage/app folder,it will end useless loop.
