I reviewed account upgrade rules and download rules,
its very complicated for me, pls clarify below.
-can I buy credits and download resources while registered member.
-I see I can only pay via paypal for bronze membership, and also pay via coin for only silver membership and above, I dont have paypal and I can't have one due the country restrictions.
so if I need bronze membership to download should I pay via coin ? it there any way ?
