Prestashop WhatsApp module allows customers to order products directly via WhatsApp & increase the conversion rate. Orders will be created automatically in the backend after the order placement. It also offers a live WhatsApp chat option.
Whatsapp is undoubtedly the most widely used messaging app all around the world. As of 2024, it had 3 billion users worldwide. PrestaShop WhatsApp Module allows users to quickly order a product via WhatsApp.
You can build strong relationships with your customers and give them a sense of security by utilizing WhatsApp in your purchase process. This results in increased customer satisfaction and orders as well. Admin can enable Whatsapp orders from the product or cart page. Instead of going through the usual checkout process, the WhatsApp order will ask users for their information i.e. address, contact info, etc then it will open WhatsApp on the browser or the app.
The app will have an order message containing all the information with the ordered product ID and its link. Users will just need to press a button. From there the shop owner or admin can further confirm the order.
