[OzzModz] Template Modification List Tweaks 2.0.0

Very quick and dirty addon for anyone who may find it useful. I may work on this more but it gets the job done. If you have a test instance with a large number of modifications, this will help clear away clutter so you can focus on what you're working on.

• Expand or collapse modification groups by addon
• Both public and admin types
• Adds an extra column indicating the modification type:
  • 'Magnifying glass' for Search & Replace
  • "File code" for Regex.
• Stores collapse groups as a cookie under "xf_toggle"

** The Expand/Collapse all buttons currently aren't in but I'll try to add them back in another update.
