Set up a comprehensive Refund Management System with the Smart Refunds module, allowing you to streamline the refund process while maintaining control. The system enables you to approve refund requests either manually or automatically, offering flexibility based on your business policies. Additionally, you can restrict refunds by customer groups, ensuring that only eligible customers—such as VIPs, wholesale clients, or loyal buyers—can request refunds.
This robust system enhances customer satisfaction by simplifying refunds while protecting your business from excessive or ineligible refund requests, offering a balanced approach to customer service and operational efficiency. Customize Refund Deadlines

This module enables you to create a custom refund form to receive refund requests. You can also define a maximum duration (time/days) in which a customer can apply for a refund.

Customizable Refund Form
The customizable refund form offers store owners to add address and reasons field in refund request form. Also “Address” section is where customers can provide the pickup point for the refunded product(s). This address could be different from the address where the product was delivered.

Customizable Refund Notification & Automated Emails
This module allows store owners to customize notification message when a user applies for a refund. Also, this module will automatically notify customer upon any order status change by the admin.

Accept / Reject Refund Requests Easily
Smart Refund’s “manage refund request” section allows store admin to easily manage the requests, admin can accept or reject refund requests from this section. Using this module, automatic refund request approval can also be configured where admin will not have to manually accept/reject refund requests manually.

Refund Request Management for Customer
When activated, this module will automatically create the “Refund History” and “Refund Manger” tabs on “My Account” page where customers can easily manage the return order log and see the status of the refund request.

Rules
The Smart Refunds module incorporates a flexible Rules feature that allows you to customize your refund policies effectively. You can restrict refunds to only selected products or specific categories, ensuring that your most profitable items remain protected. Additionally, you can set a minimum order total requirement for refund eligibility, preventing low-value transactions from overwhelming your refund system.
