Navigation Icon Manager is a free XenForo 2.3.12 add-on that lets you replace navigation icons directly from the ACP without editing templates or manually changing your style.

With 20,089 icons available locally, you can browse a large visual library, search for the icon you want, preview changes before saving, and customize the color of each navigation icon.

The complete icon library is bundled locally with the add-on. There is no external icon API or third-party service required.

Icons are available from multiple collections including Font Awesome, Material Design Icons, Bootstrap Icons, and Nerd Symbols.

Visual icon selector

Click Choose icon to open the visual library and browse icons immediately.

You can search by name, filter by library or category, and see the actual icon before selecting it.

Live previews

The manager shows both the original navigation icon and the effective replacement before you save your changes.

The top-level navigation preview also updates with your selections, making it easy to see how everything will look together.

Custom colors

Use the existing theme color or enable a custom color for individual navigation icons.

You can experiment freely and return to the inherited theme color whenever you want.

Safe and reversible

Navigation Icon Manager keeps track of the original XenForo navigation icon.

If you decide you no longer want a replacement, simply clear it and the original icon is restored.
