Facebook Leads Integration Module for Perfex CRM, allows you to sync your Facebook Leads through your Facebook page’s forms with Perfex Leads. It uses oAuth connect, in order to get access to your Pages, and it allows custom fields to be synced between Perfex / Facebook aswell. You can also use it in multiple pages that you manage.
Set-up
You will not need any coding skills, in order to configure this module, but you need to create a App through your Facebook Developers account (we provide detailed documentation steps for this).
Please make sure that you understand what a Facebook App is, along with its review process (permissions approval etc) in full, since you will need to go through it.
We do provide a step-by-step videocast, showcasing how to configure the module, along with a detailed guide regarding set up of a new Facebook Application, through your Facebook Developer Account.
A guide with useful infromation on how to request the necessary permissions by Review team of Facebook (ads_management, pages_manage_ads, pages_manage_metadata, pages_read_engagement, leads_retrieval) is also provided.
