The add-on will allow administrators and moderators to promote and/or demote users without going to the control panel.
The problem with displaying the block for changing the user's primary group has been fixed.
Now the display of blocks works depending on the following rules:
1. promotePrimary (Can change the primary group) - the block with changing the primary group is enabled.
2. promoteSecondary (Can change the secondary group) - the block with changing the secondary group is enabled.
The promoteAllow (Can promote users) rule enables the "Change group" button itself.
If someone already has this plugin installed on the forum, it is advisable to completely remove it and reinstall it, otherwise there will be warnings about unexpected file content.
