Allows thread starter or staff to change thread prefix from want to buy to ended.

Setup:

Create the following two Thread prefixes:

Want to buy
Ended

The Want to buy thread prefix should be the default. Jot down the two thread prefix IDs and in the Want to buy Options page enter these values into the appropriate fields.

User group permissions:

Registered: ManageOwn = Yes
Moderating: ManageAll = Yes
Administrative: ManageAll = Yes
