Magento 2 PayPal Multi Currency extension by Meetanshi lets customers make payments in their preferred currency via Paypal and hence improves the user experience.

The default Paypal Checkout does not allow to process payments in the currency other than the store's base currency. Due to such a drawback, when a customer proceeds for payment, the selected currency for order gets replaced with the store's base currency. It makes them confused and they tend to leave without making the purchase. To avoid this scenario, Magento 2 Paypal Multi Currency extension facilitates customers to make payments in the preferred currency for their order. The currency of customers' choice remains intact even on the Paypal site.

The extension is not related to PayPal's IPN. The multiple accounts are for the order creation process only and it works for the main account configured. The extension will not be compatible with multiple accounts' IPN.
