I can't buy a credits

No puedo obtener una credencial, ni siquiera el sistema de pago funciona, incluso la criptomoneda no la soporta. ¿Hay alguien oficial o alguien que quiera vender créditos con criptomoneda?

i just tried purchasing credit and received the following error for bitcoin "The payment method of bitcoin is not enabled for this merchant. Please check it and let the merchant know if needed.". The more+ dropdown tab doesn't populate with anything.
