What's wrong with it? Seems to have excellent performance out of the box, is modern and extensions just work (if hyva compatible). Lots of devs seem to like it and more and more extension providers coming onboard. Much more improvements to come this year too. You like something else that is...

Every extension would also need to be nulled correctly else you will have your paid extensions blocked and eventually the account suspended. And who has access to the account.

Which 10-15 extensions do you recommend? I have not used aheadworks but mirasvit has been very good. Xtento, Amasty and mageworx have been good. This subscription model kills it imo as it makes it very expensive to maintain. Have bought some BSS extensions to try out and so far they seem to...

Is latest version possible?

Most have callbacks that you can either remove or comment out. Some have some extra things that might need to be removed/disabled too.

Do be aware though that a lot of extensions and modules don't work with it and that a well optimized store will get match or get very close to it.
